Member Retention
We all know most people don't use attorneys because they don't know who to call or they think it costs too much. But they've also learned the habit of ignoring issues or asking friends and co-workers for legal advice rather than calling an attorney.
The Membership Retention emails from you will help "retrain" them (in a light-hearted manner) to call their attorneys for even the small things in life. It's aimed at getting the new member to start using the services - and getting "hooked" for life!
The Membership Retention system does NOT replace personal contact or even the Integrity Resources services. It is a powerful addition intended to inform, train, and encourage your members to stay with PPL for years to come.
