•  Dial the conference call number.  When the call is connected, you will be asked to enter your pin code followed by the # sign. 
• Callers generally "announce themselves" when they get on the call -- state your name and where you're calling from (city/state).  This gives a feeling of team and how widespread we are!
• For Conference calls that occur more than once, please write down the phone number in your appointment book or wherever you can easily retrieve it. 
• Please call in from a "land line." Do NOT call in through the Internet or a cell phone as this causes static and disturbance on the call, making it extremely difficult for other people to hear the speakers.
• Be sure to call in on the hour. Often the calls will max out the available lines. Keep trying to get into the call if you get a busy signal.
• If you call in too early you may hear a message saying that "you have either called in too early or have entered an invalid pin code." If you get this message, please call back in.
• If you have "call waiting" feature on your phone, please disable it BEFORE calling into the conference call. To do this, simply dial *70, pause to hear the dial tone, and then dial the conference number as you would normally do. Your "call waiting" re-activates automatically as soon as you hang up the phone. 
• Since any background noise around you will be heard by everyone on the conference call, it is very important that you call from a quiet environment.  If you have a phone with a "mute" button, please use it. If you do not have a "mute" button, make sure other members of your family (including pets) are in another room. With most conf. call companes, you can also enter 6 or *6 to mute your phone while on this call. Entering 6 or *6 again will unmute your line if you wish to speak.
• If you have a two-line phone or other phones in your room/office, please turn off their ringers while on the conference call.
• There are no additional charges to you for the use of the tele-conference number other than any applicable long distance charges you incur.
